Quail Creek Unit 35A Villas Association

The Villas are designed to enjoy a "Lock & Leave" type of living so that homeowners can enjoy a carefree lifestyle. Villas in Unit 35A belong to the Quail Creek Unit 35A Villas Association as well as the Quail Creek Property Owners Association, which is the Master Association. The villas in Unit 34A are included in the Quail Creek Unit 35A Villas Association.

Effective April 1, 2025, management of the Quail Creek Unit 35A Villas Association is handled by Associa Arizona. For all villas-related questions, including work orders, please contact Salina Watson at swatson@associaarizona.com. The Associa 24-7 Customer Care/After-Hours Emergency number is 520.742.5674, Option 0.

The Villas are governed by the current Quail Creek POA, CC&Rs, and Rules and Regulations as well as the Villas governing documents. Villas owners have access to the clubhouse, restaurants, fitness center, golf, and all other amenities at Quail Creek.

Governing documents specific to the Quail Creek Unit 35A Villas Association can be found on the Associa website. Villas owners will register with Associa through their “Townsq” portal so they will have access to all services that Associa offers.

Villas HOA board meetings are held quarterly. The next meetings in 2025 are July 23 and October 22, at 1pm in the Ocotillo Room.
