If you do not specify a Login Name or Password one will be assigned. This form can also be used to request a new Login Name or Password if you already have an account. It will then be sent to the person responsible for creating login names and passwords for the site. You will be notified when the form has been processed. The 'Login Name' and 'Password' assigned to a homeowner is to be used by that homeowner only. Any homeowner who allows their 'Login Name' and 'Password' to be used by anyone else will have their PCHOA website privileges revoked.
